We brew our beer and cider right here on Main Street.
Distant Whistle started as a homebrew project. After a few dozen batches and a pile of paperwork, the taproom opened August 26, 2016. The beer got better, cider and wine were added to the menu, and the brewery made it through COVID because people kept showing up. Since then we have kept the tradition, making it worth the trip to Vicksburg.
